Caelyn Fletcher

Caelyn Fletcher has been dancing since before she could walk steadily on her own two feet. Raised in Colorado, she has called Kemper home since the studio's very first day, training extensively across styles such as Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Ballet, Hip-Hop, and Musical Theater. That foundation shaped not just her technique, but her entire approach to the art form — one built on discipline, versatility, and a genuine love of performance. Along the way, Caelyn had the incredible opportunities to work alongside and assist world-class choreographers including Randi Kemper & Hefa Tuita, Desiree Robbins, Liz Imperio, Teddy Forance, Ryan Lohoff, and Ivan Koumaev. The experiences of working with amazing choreographers sharpened her eye for movement and deepened her understanding of what it takes to bring choreography to life on stage. Caelyn left Colorado in 2018 to pursue two bachelor's degrees — in both Business and Psychology at Mississippi State University, a combination that now informs how she runs a classroom and connects with her dancers. She returned to the studio that raised her with a clear purpose: to help young dancers find confidence in their own abilities and performance, while pushing them to explore new ideas that fuel their growth. For Caelyn, teaching isn't just about technique; it's about building the self-assurance dancers carry with them long after they leave the studio floor. Her choreography has been honored with numerous awards and recognitions across the country, a reflection of the same passion and precision she brings to every class she teaches. Today, Caelyn continues to pour that experience back into the next generation of dancers at Kemper, helping them grow not only as performers, but as confident, creative individuals.
