Aimee Frost

Aimee developed an early love for dance when she started at the age of 2. Growing up in the Chicago suburbs, Aimee trained at many studios, danced on her high school team, was heavily involved in theatre, and developed an interest in choreography.

She then attended Millikin University where she studied both vocal music and dance. With an emphasis in tap and jazz, she trained heavily under Sean Morrissey in the School of Theatre and Dance. Aimee was also involved in Physical Graffiti, Millikin's premiere hip hop dance crew.  She would go on to become president of this crew for 2 years working on both the administrative and creative aspects of the group.

After graduating in 2020, Aimee jumped into her passion for education. She now teaches jazz, tap, ballet, hip hop and musical theatre for recreational classes, competitive teams and theatre productions. She also holds certificates in Applied Stretching from StretchLab and Fundamentals of Barre Technique from International Ballet Barre Fitness Association and is a member of the National Dance Education Organization. Most recently, Aimee can be found dancing with Bang Bang! Dance Company based in Chicago.
