Erica Cooper, who has been with Goins Dancing since 2017, has been dancing since the age of 3 and teaching dance since of 14. She is currently the dance educator at White Knoll Middle School in addition to being Goins Dancing's Artistic Director and Company & Competition team director. Erica discovered her love of teaching dance at the age of 14 as an intern for the Tri-District Arts Consortium. She went on to become a full-time staff member of the program. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College in Dance Studies and Community Arts in 2017. Erica believes in the power of dance to teach lifelong lessons that can help individuals to make the world a better place.
