• This class is designed for dancers with prior acro experience or a strong desire to build the strength and discipline required for acrobatic training. Students will focus on developing core strength, flexibility, balance, and body control—all essential for mastering foundational limbering and tumbling skills. Through guided progressions and technique-based drills, dancers will gain the confidence and physical preparedness to advance safely in their acro journey.
