Unassisted skills required: Handstand, cartwheel w/dominant & non-dominant hand, Bride, Arch Back, Pull up from Bridge, Kick over from Bridge, Kick to Handstand to Bridge, must be working on consistent front limber and back limber.
  -Attire: Shortall, leotard, or fitted shirt with optional shorts or leggins. T-Shirts allowed if tucked in. No shoes or street clothes/school uniforms.

• Goals include: Variations on limbers, walkovers, cartwheels, and balances including opposite handed, footed, 1 handed, and starting and ending position variations. Back handsprings and side & front aerials.

• 30 minute combo class held once a week - For boys and girls alike who are ready for the fun of music and moving. Exploring movement and our world through pretend, movement, music, props, crawling, tumbling, & rolling with tumble mats, props, and equipment. Perfect for building skills such as coordination, musicality, sharing, taking turns, cooperation, following direction, creative movement, & strength. One Parents/Guardian required to attend to aid the student in participation. Adult may sit on the floor verbally encouraging or can be physically involved in dancing/spotting the Music Movers! We will have an in-studio class observation for family and friends at the end of the year.

• 30 minute combo class held once a week - For boys and girls alike who are ready for the fun of moving and grooving but not quite ready for 45 minute classes or have some anxiety about separating from their adult. First half includes exploring movement and our world through pretend, movement, music, & props. Second half includes more pretend, music, crawling, tumbling, & rolling with tumble mats, props, and equipment. Perfect for building skills such as coordination, musicality, sharing, taking turns, cooperation, following direction, creative movement, & strength. Parents/Guardians encouraged to participate by sitting with or dancing/spotting the itsy bitsies! Student will perform 2-3 dances that has been learned in class and will then do 2 rounds of tumble during the Pre-Show Itsy Bitsy Demonstration for Recital (an adult will join them on stage or the side of the stage).

Students learn the basic movements of tap and ballet, gradually introduced to the terminology. 15 minutes of tumble time on tumble mats. Classes build skills such as coordination, musicality, sharing, taking turns, cooperation, following direction, creative movement. Students will perform one tap and one ballet dance at recital.

• 60 minute combo class held once a week - plenty of learning through pretend with progression skills! We focus on terminology, body awareness, musicality, formations, partner work, as well as allowing creative exploration for little growing minds! Students will perform one tap and one ballet dance at recital.

• By Invitation only for ages 9 and up - focused on ankle, leg, and core strengthening in and whole body technique in preparation for pointe work. May require pre-pointe shoes.

• Requires at least 2 years of ballet, must be enrolled in Level, must demonstrate adequate ankle and whole body strength, control and flexibility, as well as demonstrate knowledge of level appropriate terminology and body awareness. Student must be approved or invited by a teacher. Pre-pointe shoes will be discussed with teacher prior to 1st purchase. Expect to be texted on terminology, ankle strength, and body placement the first class.

• By invitation Only -Ballet work in pointe shoe. Student must have taken ballet at least 2 years, have the proper strength and technique, as well as a good general knowledge of ballet in order to be considered for this class.

Class requirements

• Requires at least 2 years of Level, must be enrolled in Level, must demonstrate adequate ankle and whole body strength, control and flexibility, as well as demonstrate knowledge of level appropriate terminology and body awareness. Student must be approved or invited by a teacher. Pointe shoes will be discussed with teacher prior to 1st purchase & must be approved by the teacher before ribbons and elastic are sewn to shoe.

Class requirements

  We are discussing this being a jazz class, but would be willing to split it to half jazz half ballet or half jazz and half tap if we have enough interest.. We must have 5 or more consistently attending adult dancers to keep this class.
  
  Attire will be athletic clothing such as leggings and a supportive athletic top or leotard. Tights are recommended because they help with circulation but they are not required. Shoes are Leather Jazz shoes that match skin tone.

• For Beginner to Intermediate Students age 7 and up. Can be taken along with a level class, acro class, or as a standalone class. Focuses on urban hip hop music and movement including isolation, illusions, popping, shaking, footwork, and floor work associated with pop culture hip hop. We will make it our priority to keep music and movements age appropriate while navigating this modern hip hop movement!

• For students ages 3-5. A half hour class jam packed with age appropriate hip hop music that introduces basic moves through creative dance and play. We will learn fun terminology, how to count music, learn to isolate body parts and find our express our funky divas in a fun and safe environment!

• For students age 5+. A 45 minute class bursting with age appropriate hip hop music and moves. We will learn fun terminology, how to count music, and especially the isolation, popping, and shaking that so important to hip hop in a fun and safe environment! Can be taken as a stand alone class or in addition to a dance or tumble class.

  Level I - Students ages usually 8 to 10 yr old 1.75 Hour combo class. Lessons include basic ballet, basic tap, and basic Jazz as well as some basic hip-hop.

• Must be enrolled in Level. Same attire as level class (leotard and tights) but student will be barefoot. They do sell lyrical half sole shoes, but students are encouraged to dance barefoot as we usually do not wear shoes for recital.
